Sequani has a
comprehensive programme management service. Regardless of the size or
complexity of a programme, elements of the full range of programme
management functions can be combined to meet individual needs. Clients
define the type and extent of service required and Sequani undertakes
to deliver.
Each programme of work is
placed under the care of a Programme Director who is primary contact
for all aspects of the project and who acts as the dedicated
representative within the Sequani organisation. If required, we can
also manage work conducted at clients´ own and at third party
facilities.
Through our Scientific
Directorate and Expert Panel our Programme Directors have ready access
to internationally acknowledged experts who can assist in the
resolution of scientific, technical and regulatory issues.
