Programme Management

 

Sequani has a comprehensive programme management service. Regardless of the size or complexity of a programme, elements of the full range of programme management functions can be combined to meet individual needs. Clients define the type and extent of service required and Sequani undertakes to deliver.

Each programme of work is placed under the care of a Programme Director who is primary contact for all aspects of the project and who acts as the dedicated representative within the Sequani organisation. If required, we can also manage work conducted at clients´ own and at third party facilities.

Through our Scientific Directorate and Expert Panel our Programme Directors have ready access to internationally acknowledged experts who can assist in the resolution of scientific, technical and regulatory issues.

Sequani's aim is to provide a comprehensive, responsive and professional service without equal in the contract research industry. It strives to function as an extension to its client own workforce and facilities.

Our Programme Directors have many years of experience in the industry and have proven skills in the management of complex multi-disciplinary and multi-location programmes. They are fully supported by an infrastructure designed to facilitate good communication and a team-based approach to project conduct.

Programme Management Functions

  • Enquiry handling
  • Co-ordination and scientific review of programme and study designs

  • Standardisation of protocol formats for functional groups within Sequani and at third party facilities
  • Scheduling the programme to meet defined deadlines
  • Facilitation of communication between the Customer and functional groups within Sequani and at third party facilities
  • Progress chasing to ensure that all elements of the programme are performed to  agreed timescales
  • Monitoring and management of programme elements being performed at third party facilities
  • Periodic programme reviews and updates
  • Periodic scientific review of the programme and preparation of expert summaries
  • Standardisation of report formats for all functional groups within Sequani and third party facilities
  • Periodic involvement in/presentation to Customer Project Team meetings
