Unit Supervisor

The position

• Overall supervision of one or more animal units
• Excellent standard of animal care and welfare
• Line Management for allocation teams
• Planning and organisation of unit resources

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth run of the units and scheduling of studies
• Review and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure adherence to all Company Policies, including Health and Safety
• Ensure that staff training programs are implemented and followed
• Implement career progression and performance management
• Continual review of procedures and practices
• Undertaken study procedures and NACWO responsibilities
