Senior Animal Technologist

• Provide expert technical skills
• Deliver excellent standards of animal care and welfare
• Carry out day-to-day supervisory duties
• Provide a good role-model to other staff within the unit

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily work and training of staff
• Deputise for the Unit Supervisor
• Carry out experimental procedures, measurements & observations
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and SOP’s
• Adhere to company policies including Health and Safety
• Undertake routine animal husbandry procedures
